Diriwan Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as the account holder or visitor, and Diriwan. They apply whenever you browse the website, create an account, deposit MYR, claim a promotion, place a casino wager, submit a sports bet, or use any other Diriwan service.

By accessing Diriwan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree to the rules attached to individual games, markets, promotions, payment methods, and responsible gambling tools. If you do not agree, you must stop using Diriwan.

2. Definitions

In this document, “account” means a personal player profile registered with Diriwan. “Services” means the website, casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment functions, and support channels supplied through Diriwan.

“Player”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual using Diriwan. “Funds” means real-money balances recorded in an account. “Bonus Funds” means promotional value subject to separate conditions. References to MYR or RM mean Malaysian Ringgit.

3. Account Eligibility

You must also have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and must not be prohibited from gambling by any law, court order, employment duty, sporting rule, self-exclusion arrangement, or other restriction applicable to you.

You are responsible for determining whether access to online gambling is lawful from your location. The availability of Diriwan in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or any other place does not constitute legal advice or a representation that gambling is permitted there.

4. Registration and Account Security

You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Diriwan may require your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address, payment information, and identity documents. False, misleading, incomplete, or duplicated registration details may result in restrictions.

Only one Diriwan account is permitted per person unless Diriwan provides prior written approval. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, shared, rented, or operated on behalf of another person. You must protect your password, device access, and authentication details.

Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised activity. You must notify Diriwan promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, a compromised password, or an unfamiliar transaction. Diriwan may temporarily secure the account while the matter is reviewed.

5. Identity Verification and Compliance

Diriwan may conduct identity, age, source-of-funds, payment ownership, fraud prevention, and security checks before or after allowing deposits, betting, bonuses, or withdrawals. These checks may include a MyKad or other accepted identity document, a current selfie, proof of address, and evidence that a payment method belongs to you.

You agree to provide clear and genuine documents within a reasonable period. Diriwan may restrict account functions or delay a transaction while necessary checks remain incomplete. Documents are handled in accordance with the Diriwan Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits may be available in MYR through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Availability, transaction ranges, and processing times may vary according to account status, technical conditions, and provider rules.

Payment methods must be registered in your own name. Diriwan does not accept responsibility for delays caused by banks, e-wallet providers, incorrect references, maintenance periods, or information supplied inaccurately by the player. Deposited money must be used for genuine gaming or betting activity and may not be used solely to transfer funds.

Diriwan may reject, reverse, or review payments that appear duplicated, unauthorised, disputed, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal account activity. Any fees or currency conversion costs imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available balance, payment ownership, wagering completion, security screening, and any applicable transaction limits. Where practical, Diriwan may return funds through the same method used for deposit.

Displayed processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals may be completed quickly after approval, while FPX or bank processing may take longer. Diriwan may request further documents where account activity, payment details, or transaction patterns require clarification.

A withdrawal may be held or cancelled if the balance results from a technical error, duplicated settlement, prohibited activity, breached promotional rules, or a payment that has been charged back. Diriwan will review relevant records before making a final account decision.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

Each Diriwan promotion is governed by its stated eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, contribution rate, maximum stake, expiry date, withdrawal cap, and game restrictions. Promotional terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonus eligibility is limited to one person, household, account, device, payment method, and shared network. Diriwan may withdraw Bonus Funds or related winnings where multiple accounts, coordinated claims, low-risk hedging, irregular wagering, or other bonus abuse is reasonably identified.

Players should review all promotional rules before opting in. Cancelling a bonus may remove both the remaining Bonus Funds and winnings connected to that bonus. Real-money and bonus balances may be used in a particular order as shown within the relevant Diriwan promotion.

9. Casino Games and Sports Betting

Game results are determined by the relevant game system, random number generator, or live dealer procedure. Sports bets are settled using the rules displayed for the market and the official result recognised by Diriwan. A later sporting disqualification or amendment may not change settlement unless the applicable market rule states otherwise.

Diriwan may suspend a market, correct an obvious price or settlement error, void an affected wager, or remove a game where there is a technical fault, incomplete event, incorrect participant, duplicated market, manifest odds error, data-feed failure, or integrity concern. Unaffected bets will remain valid where reasonably possible.

For live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports, and other events, market-specific rules take priority where they differ from a general provision. Players must review the selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming a wager.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Diriwan to engage in or support:

• fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, or payment activity involving another person;
• collusion, match manipulation, insider betting, automated scraping, bots, or unauthorised software;
• exploitation of a game defect, delayed data feed, pricing error, or technical malfunction;
• harassment of staff, dealers, support agents, or other players;
• attempts to bypass account restrictions, geolocation controls, self-exclusion, or verification checks; or
• commercial resale, copying, modification, or unauthorised distribution of Diriwan content.

Diriwan may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and may limit services, withhold affected transactions, void relevant bets, close accounts, or preserve records where reasonably necessary. Decisions will consider available account, game, payment, and security evidence.

11. Responsible Gambling

Diriwan provides casino and betting services as paid entertainment for adults. Gambling involves financial risk and must not be treated as employment, an investment, or a guaranteed way to make money. You remain responsible for your betting decisions and for setting an affordable entertainment budget.

Eligible players may request deposit limits, cooling-off periods, account restrictions, or self-exclusion. Once a restriction is active, you must not attempt to avoid it by opening another Diriwan account or using another person's account. Diriwan may close duplicate accounts connected to an exclusion.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure by contacting Diriwan support. Before closure, pending wagers may remain subject to normal settlement, and withdrawals may require verification. A responsible gambling restriction will be treated separately from an ordinary account closure.

Diriwan may suspend, restrict, or close an account where these Terms & Conditions are breached, verification cannot be completed, security is threatened, payment fraud is suspected, a legal requirement applies, or continued access would expose Diriwan or another person to material risk.

Where appropriate, legitimate withdrawable funds will be returned after outstanding checks and obligations are resolved. Amounts associated with fraud, chargebacks, technical errors, or prohibited activity may be withheld or adjusted as permitted by applicable requirements.

13. Intellectual Property and Website Access

The Diriwan name, website layout, visual elements, written material, software interfaces, databases, and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Access is granted only as a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and revocable permission to use the services lawfully.

You may not reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, frame, scrape, distribute, or commercially exploit protected Diriwan materials without prior written permission. Public names of banks, e-wallets, sports competitions, or payment systems remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Service Availability and Liability

Diriwan aims to provide stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device problems, payment-provider downtime, third-party data issues, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diriwan is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from unavailable services, unsuccessful deposits, delayed communications, device incompatibility, or decisions made using general information on the website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a system malfunction affects gameplay or settlement, Diriwan may investigate logs and restore the account to the position that most reasonably reflects valid activity.

15. Privacy and Communications

Diriwan processes personal data to administer accounts, verify identity, protect platform integrity, complete payments, provide customer support, satisfy legal obligations, and improve services. Operational messages concerning account security, payments, verification, or material service changes may be sent using the contact details registered to your account. You must keep those details current. Promotional preferences may be managed through available account or support options.

16. Changes to These Terms

Diriwan may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect service updates, payment changes, new security measures, responsible gambling standards, or legal and regulatory developments. The revised effective date will be displayed when a material update is published.

Continued use of Diriwan after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not accept an update, you should discontinue use and request account closure, subject to settlement of pending wagers and completion of required verification.

17. General Provisions

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay by Diriwan in enforcing a right does not waive that right. Headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any clause.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Diriwan Privacy Policy, responsible gambling rules, promotion conditions, and specific game or betting rules, form the agreement concerning your use of the services.
